Anatalio is an experienced executive leading Software as a Service ventures. Prior to starting SizeUp he founded GIS Planning Inc., the leader in online economic development solutions, and ZoomProspector.com, a corporate real estate and site selection analysis service. Today, GIS Planning's SaaS for state and local economic development organizations is implemented across the country and serves the majority of the 100 largest cities in the USA. The company made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies 5 years in a row. The New York Times recognized ZoomProspector.com, along with Google and Yelp, as one of the "basics of starting a business" for market analysis. His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Forbes, Fortune, The New York Times, Inc., TechCrunch, and Mashable. He is on the Board of Directors of the International Economic Development Council and has a Master's degree in City Planning from U.C. Berkeley.
Pablo Monzon
Co-Founder
Pablo has spent over fifteen years developing location based applications and GIS based websites. He is the developer of a number of award-winning Internet-based GIS applications for economic development. He co-founded GIS Planning, which is one of the fastest 5000 private companies in the United States according to Inc Magazine. His work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, CNN, NBC News, and numerous GIS-related publications. Mr. Monzon has lectured about Internet GIS in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. Mr. Monzon has a Master's degree in City Planning from U.C. Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. In 2011, Planetizen selected Pablo Monzon as one of the top 25 leading thinkers in Urban Planning and Technology.
Eric Simundza
Product Manager
Eric has worked in economic development in the service of small businesses for over 10 years. He has consulted with business improvement districts, managed multi-million dollar employment services contracts, and provided technical assistance to small businesses affected by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. He also manages the national site selection website, ZoomProspector.com. Eric has a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from U.C. Berkeley.
Jonathan Stack
Development Lead
Jonathan Stack is an Application Developer at GIS Planning, where he leads development for SizeUp.com. He commands more than a decade of software engineering experience from several start-ups in the Bay Area and Richmond, Virginia. He has made several contributions to the software community, building and maintaining a handful of websites that provide tools for developers. Mr. Stack obtained his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
