Paul Tarrants has joined SizeUp to expand its market presence in the economic development and financial services sectors. “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of the SizeUp team. After years of partnering with organizations to help them tell their story and advertise their brand outwardly, the exciting task moving forward is enabling communities and organizations to look inward to help the small businesses in their area of influence. The SizeUp software tool is critical to reinforcing those businesses, giving them the data and information they need to grow, and allowing the organizations that serve them to be more of a trusted resource,” said Tarrants.
Prior to joining SizeUp, Paul was integral in starting the custom publication division with a global media company, partnering with state, regional and local economic development organizations all over the United States to create custom programs used as marketing tools for business attraction and expansion efforts. These programs connected corporate investment prospects with communities interested in local investment and growth.
“We are excited to have Paul join SizeUp’s efforts to improve local economies and companies with our business assistance software. His understanding of the value of small businesses to economic development and his commitment to creating strong local business ecosystems makes him a strong fit for SizeUp’s mission,” said Anatalio Ubalde, SizeUp’s founder.
Paul’s experience also includes working for large, multimedia companies including ESPN and the Host Broadcaster for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. He resides in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and three daughters, and enjoys hiking, camping, and the outdoors.
